《蘭室秘藏》，綜合性醫書。三卷。金·李杲撰。撰年不詳。約刊于1276年。書名《蘭室秘藏》，是取《黃帝內經・素問》「藏諸靈蘭之室」之意，寓含所載方論有珍藏價值。本書共3卷，21門，每門中有論、有方，內容涉及內外婦兒眼耳鼻等各科，以內科疾病所占篇幅最大，本書將脾胃學說廣泛運用於臨床各科。《蘭室秘藏》全書共載280余首方劑，方中藥味雖多，但配伍精當，君臣佐使，相制相用．條理井然。本書對中醫臨床工作者及中醫院校師生研究東垣學說，提高臨床和理論水平，將大有裨益。
