《王獻之保母志跋》，紙本手卷，故宮博物院藏。此卷傳為南宋姜夔所書，也有學者斷為宋末元初金應桂的作品。此作用筆精到，略帶隸意，結字平正寬博，楷法謹嚴，受到初唐諸家尤其是歐陽詢的影響，整體上典雅俊潤，清新古雅。姜夔，字堯章，號白石道人，工詩詞，精音樂，善書法，有書論《續書譜》傳世。
