《漢語語音史/王力全集》收入王力先生的專著《漢語語音史》。
《漢語語音史》是王力先生在《漢語史稿》的基礎上修訂改寫的一部新著。 據《王力文集》第十卷的編印說明介紹，王力先生1978年秋開始改寫，1980年春完成。 期間曾經給78級漢語史研究生和古代漢語進修教師講授過。
1985年，中國社會科學出版社出版了《漢語語音史》單行本。 1987年山東教育出版社出版的《王力文集》第十卷收入《漢語語音史》（後稱“文集本”），該卷由唐作藩先生根據中國社會科學出版社本編校。 商務印書館2010年再版。
此次收入《王力全集》，我們以中國社會科學出版社1985年本為底本，同時參以商務本和文集本進行了整理和編輯。 並請孫玉文先生通讀了書稿，在此謹向孫先生致以深深的謝意。
